Changing IP

I was just wondering how I could change my IP? Don't ask why I'm just curious.

well what OS are you running? Are you using a router or are you connected directly through a modem? What ISP are you under? Need more info.

We need just a little bit more info from you.... are you trying to change IP addresses on your LAN, or your INTERNET connection??

If you are trying to get a different internet IP, you will have to call Comcast.

If you are trying to change the IP on your LAN, give us a brief description of your network topology and the hardware you use.

changing your ip used for connection to the internet if you have comcast...isnt gonna realy happen unless u pay for two ips....and spoofing your ip isnt exactly legitimate...

what do you mean? Why can't they change it?

Unplug your modem, plug it back in.

He probolly wants to change it so he can harass someone here (Dunno who though ) or get back to a board he was banned from.
