Default Changing IP

Hey guys!
I would like to play a game anonymously. I don't want my IP to be shown when I connect to their server - or at least a different IP. My ISP is Glocalnet AB and I have an IP that changes everytime I restart my modem (only the two last parts). A friend told me about DynDNS... So I registered, set up a host and configured it on my modem's website ( Now when I check my IP on it shows my real IP .
Guys, is there any way to be anonymous and not show my real IP? I know there are proxies, but I want it for other applications. It's ok if I have to manually set it everytime... just anything that works.
