changing emails users

I need to move one email user to a different machine. I have exported the .pst file and imported it to the new machine. I have gone to "tools" and 'email accounts' and changed the folder on the "deliver new email to the following location" dropbox.

But when she sends an email the "to" box still says the previous user....what am I missing?

goto tools | email accounts. view or change... the box labeled Your Name should hold the text that appears under the recipent's to field.

you should check all other settings as well. i think it would be best to remove and readd the account to be sure none of the previous user's information is setup for the account. Otherwise, you could end up with this user receiveing the old user's email.

edit - this is assuming the account is pop3, not exchange. im unsure of the differences.
