can't see my other computer

I have got two computers attached to my ADSL router. Can some one tell me how i can view the folders/files from the other computer

Assuming you're on a windows based system (2k or xp).

You can right click on the folder you wanna share and select properties. Go to the share tab.

Enter the information and hit ok.

Assuming the computers are a part of the same workgroup... you can simply do a start > Run > \\computername\share$

i did share the folder, but i can not see the computer. My ADSL MODEM is also a router/firewall, could it because of that.

Refresh the My Network Places window.

Also, make sure to open up access to each computer via the firewall "trusted zone."

how do i configure the firewall "trusted zone"?
