Cant get to email

So my friend comes and tells me that her computer one day just stopped letting her login to gmail, and the university email accounts. She says that about the only thing she can log int is myspace. I told her it was probably her Norton since she had recently installed it; however, she doesnt know if it happened around the same time as she installed her Norton. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? She uses IE.

Clear Cookies and Cache, and disable norton... Try login and report back.

You're right... It shouldnt be... But we all know how norton is.
