Well i think you will have to contact Verizon to see how their router works. As i am now lost. I dont know what to say anymore. Sorry.

It's cool. Thanks for all the help though. At least when I talk to verizon, I can eliminate alot of things they might tell me to do.

I know its been awhile. Just wanted to say, I called Verizon and it ended up being an issue with the security features. I guess WPA was selected but the router only uses WEP. So, they had to reset the router from verizon and then I had to go into the router and change the channel too.
