Got a friend in Grenada attending university. I tried connecting to her via TeamViewer but I was only presented a black screen. It was connected to her though, since her screen the wallpaper turned black and I controlled her mouse...yet I couldn't see a thing.
Also tried via CrossLoop...reached as far as just "connecting" and that's as far as it went. So my question is, what can be stopping this from actually working? Doubt it's her laptop and yes she did allow it via the firewall (Windows Firewall). Can it be her school's internet is blocking it? Anyway to test this?
Edit:Also got OpenDNS installed here (settings on the router). Would this affect it?
Edit 2: Tried it on my 2 other friends, connected great and they tried it on me...connected great, so I'm guessing it's her connection ...because she's using the university's network?
