It looks here like our users in the students OU are unable to delete messages from their OWA when they are logged intranet into our school domain on campus.
Elsewhere the students are able to delete messages.
The message everyone receives is:
"Some items can't be deleted. They were either moved, already deleted, or access was denied"
The shift+delete key also does not work.
I can't figure out where and how this is happening. Anyone have an idea?
