Cannot Access website

I'm not sure if this is where I post this, but a friend of mine gets this error when trying to access her website:
Database connect error. Reason: Access denied for user 'koontyme'@'cluster01.ahp.chi.affinity.com' (using password: YES)

She can't get ahold of the Webmaster nor the hosting company, can someone give me an idea what that error means.

That means that there is a database error and the site is down and can not be accessed. Can you access her site or do you get the same error?

If you get teh same error then the site is down and she needs to contact her web master ASAP.
