I got an iPhone 3Gs. I currently have a 100mb data plan with my carrier which I hardly scratch.
My iPad is only the WiFi one. No 3G.
Would it be possible for me to Bluetooth my iPad to my iPhone so can surf the internet from my iPad.

iPad ==> Bluetooth ==> iPhone ==> 3G Network ==> Interwebs

Uhmmm hmm........I highly doubt it. I'm 99percent sure Apple havn't supplied the means for it to work as stock, and 95percent sure they wouldn't allow an App to make it work.
Still as i spend hours a night looking at iPad and iPhone stuff i might as well add this to my 'List of things to google'.

Shudda just got the 3G one ;)

Pretty much what i expected. It's fair enough.

I am all ready paying one phone bill. I don't need to be paying 2.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU Steve Jobs.
Pretty much expected that this would be the case. Thankfully this is not a major issue for me. It's some thing that would be nice if I could tether iPhone with the iPad.

Any other phone is okay, however on the iPhone, it needs to be jailbroken first. Some thing I currently don't care much about doing. However if I do feel more of a need to tether my phone to my iPad, this might affect my choice of mobile phones in 12 months time when my contract expires.
