No, unfortunatly BlueTooth and 802.11 run on different frequencies.
I say junk the BlueTooth and USB all together the max amount of data you could get thru that network is 11 Mbps, which is slow considering that most networks are 802.11 G which is 54 Mbps.
Junk the K-mart bluetooth network card and get a real PCI 802.11 nic and a real wireless router.
