blocking a program's access thru router

hey, i just bought a motorola wireless router, has a built in firewall, im not necessarily asking about this particular router, but is there any way that you can have a router deny access to certain internal ports, like lets say my bro has limewire, my dad doesnt wwant him downloading crap, if i can figure out which port that program gains internet access with, can i plug that port and deny it access?

you should be able too, look for client filtering or summin like that

i think u can even specify the ip so u can block his and not yours
