i am using a legal sprint wireless card usb device ( for the internet on my laptop)and have a external antenna hooked up to it with a 3 watt sig booster. i need to get steady reception when im in a desolate area. (approx 30 miles from the nearest tower i can hook into.) i get intermentent sig hook ups with what i have and generally have 1 to 2 bars on my service, but i lose sig intermentently also. i use a regular cell phone antenna setup (with the booster )like you use in your car when driving around.
i was wondering what type of antenna would be best to increase my signal reception when im at the remote area (approx 30 miles from the nearest tower). like i said i do get some sig and can hook into the internet using my celluar setup for the car with booster ( but it loses sig intermentently).
any suggestions would be appreciated.
