Would have been nice to know that from post one.

That page contains all the latest firmware for all the versions of your router.
However, if what you say is true and you already have the most recent firmware, you will need to call belkin's technical support, as this is a problem with the router itself. Not a setting that we can tell you to change.

if you google the router's model number, you also get alot of pages of people confused and mad at this particular router
