Bandwidth Monitor

Hello I have a question about the internet
Since in my home we have a new student whos uses our internet. We would need to check how much he uses monthly. I have google searched my self to find a bandwidth monitor but all the ones that comes up is viewing 1 line on the monitor. I can't look at his.

Can someone help me find a program that lists how much "each" person uses on "each" line thanks for the help and it is very much appreciated

I'm not sure there are such programs, but if you can go into your router/modem, it'll probably tell who is using how much.
