ADLS disconnects every time she the phone rings

I got to touble shoot this one tomorrow morning.

Client as ADSL.

The internet works fine until the some one make or recieves a phone call in that house.

I feel that this person my need additional line filters, or her existing line filter is faulty.

Any other suggestions that people can think of?

She has to have a filter on every single phone line in the house. Does she have a sattelite system with a phone line in it? That needs a filter. Any place there is a phone jack with a line connected to it, it needs a filter. If that still does not work, then her filters are prolly faulty.

Yeah, figured that.

I just get a little suspisous with these jobs that seem a little too easy.

I wouldn't, some people are just stupid. Be happy for that.
Also if it is doing this while its storming that is the cause most likely. or started after a strom. (your smart harper u get it)

I spend about the whole hour reconfiguring her phone network.
