Active Directory Users and Computers

Hello. I work as an I.T. Administrator at a Company. I constantly am working on computers everyday and fixing them. Im wondering if there is a program where it will let me see an employee's password? Alot of times, employees will be out of the office and I have no way of contacting them if they submitted a help desk ticket and I need access to their computer via their password. I know in the Active Directory you can "Reset their Password", but Im wondering if there are any tools that will let me see their password??
Note: This is strictly not for ANY hacking or security breaching purposes!

Can't you just sign in as Administrator?

Right, I can.. but then it would auto log them off and they would loose work.. Most computers I work on require email setup, and I would have to be logged into their account to set up email

Let users know when they submit a ticket that if they will not be at their computers they need to provide you with the pass or you will reset it and issue them a new one.

Have an encrypted master password list.
