Acme/Oracle SBC

Have inherited a Acme Packet 4250 as part of my new job.
Problem is the old tech left without telling anyone the passwords.
He is no where to be found so I am trying to find a procedure on how to reset this unit to factory default.

I cant find one thing on the web other then to call support.
Anyone know how to do this ?

Since Oracle purchased them the tac emails don't work anymore.
Cant get through on the phones unless you have a contract.

Any help on this is much appreciated.
