Acer support tried to sell me $200 Network Access Protection

I have a Dell Core Duo netbook that is 2 years old and going strong. Touch Screen and all. Just because there are some bad models out there doesn't mean all netbooks are trash.

As for Acer - obviously their customer support model is trash.
