i would love to use fedora, but there are some windows apps that i can not live without.

does anyone user wine? does it work well with games/apps?

thanks

ya, you said it, and its ok, its the truth at the moment

linux games are getting better though, doom3 for linux is out, nvidia's drivers leave quite a bit to be desired, but they do work

if you absolutely must use wine, there is the painless and easy way all bundled in an rpm called winetools, which will help you set up a windows executive enviorment...

In all of my gaming experience, call of duty runs better than windows, but everything else is still lagging behind or missing some aspect that windows still has. For apps, photoshop is INCREDIBLY slow... and I've found errors in msoft office and the like.
