freebsd has security holes just like any OS, I just googled for it and there plenty of patches, so no, out of the box its got flaws just like any OS does, with millions of lines of code its impossible not to
 
mmm.. yah, it's not security holes.. i can't find where exactly i read it before.. sorry for the misinformation :|
 
Free BSD is a Unix OS and is tryed and tested to be a very reliable OS for a server. Mac seems to think BSD is OK.....
 
Well 1 good reason that linux is secure is that, windows takes up 65% of the computer OS market, and MAC takes 25% of it, and linux only takes 10%.

Now if I was a virus writer, would I put soo much time and effort in making a virus for linux? when really nobody uses it compared to windows???????????


Note: Don't Quote me on those % figures. I was just trying to explain something....
