share windows printer with suse 9.3 wireless laptop

would someone please help me figure this out. I need to print off of a suse 9.3 laptop onto a win xp printer,k i have tried many things, the most i have done is use yast and set up as samba printer but it keeps asking for a username and password during the setup:S where can i find that or get rid of it becuz if i don't enter anything it will say it can't find the printer, but if i put like root in it will say it does but when i go to print it shows up on the win xp machine as a job but it will never print. I'm a noob so plz make sure u give me some detailed instrtuctions thanks

Are you networking it with a Windows box? or just wanna print on that 1 Linux machine, for networking the printer between Windows and Linux try this Link

to install the printer driver in Linux log in as root and install it there, to do this from command line:

su
Root password (enter root password here)

and away you go
