Problems starting up totem

OK guys, its me again. Now I have a problem with Totem media player. When I try to launch the app normally, I get the error : Failed to create a GStreamer object. check your GStreamer installation.

So i tried to open it from the terminal and the terminal spit back at me this:

Anyone know what this adds up to and could help me?

check the dependency list for totem if available and see which version of GTK it needs
