Ok, I have two drives:
--------
250GB: Partitioned into two 125GB "drives": [C: and E:]
--------
(Drive C: has Windows XP Pro installed. My goal was to make a dual-boot with Slackware.)
------
40GB: Not partitioned.
------
All of my games, etc. are on the bigger drive, all of my personal files AND music are located on the 40GB.
I copied all of my files on F: to E: and proceeded to use Fdisk to partition two 20GB sections of F: for slackware. That all went well, I finished the installation...then I rebooted Windows.
My f: drive was non-existant, as I expected, but so was my E: drive!!! That is where all of my files are located!!
Is there ANY way that I can get my files back?
I have heard of some programs that will undelete programs that you have deleted (they remain on the hard drive until they are overwritten??)?
Someone help!
