well, truth be told, i have never tried to manage an actual server with any software at all.. All of my servers are managed, though i've been planning on buying one at a colocation faculty somewhere soon :|
though, I have to use IIS, as mod_lisp2 and mod_python only works on apache, there is no equivalent in IIS.. clearly, Apache has more support for modules than IIS ever has.. That's why i like it and that's why i use it..
