I'm hoping someone can help please as I'm perplexed.
I've installed a new or so be it a second hand GPU I've bought. The card is working fine but the Linux System Mint Cinnamon 17 is booting fine with out the Graphics card when I switch the system on but as soon as I install the Graphics card the system shows no Desktop after powering on the system.
I've uninstalled the Card and installed all the updates for Mint 17. The system is showing up the Boot process so I know its not the Card, but possibly Linux not seeing the GPU.
Can anyone help please.
Is it a case of installing the GPU Drivers and then installing the Card afterwards?
