Hi

I'm planning to install Slackware Linux 10 into my Opteron server.
Its good old Asus SK8N, socket 940 server Opteron, it has nForce 3 chipset and promise fast track SATA controller.

I want to ask, would there be any problems during install, I have only SATA hard drives and don't want to go back for PATA.
Never before have installed Linux on SATA..

Isnt there some kind of 64bit distro of Slackware?
Should I get it or the plain 32bit?
I have 2GB memory and I doubt Im going to upgrade it beyond 4GB since 2GB sticks are **** expensive, larger ones wont propably work in 3 year old board like this.
