Installing a DLT Drive on Mint 32 Bit?

How would I go about this in the way of installing the DLT Drive under mint for Back up Purposes. Their is very scare information on the Net from what I've found and when looking at the official web sight their isn't much to go on.

Its a Quantum V4 DLT Drive what will hold a 320 GB Capacity Max.

Can anyone provide feedback please. Anything is welcome what might help.
