Ubuntu Touch is out but not ready for the mass market, still beta quality right now and only available for nexus devices.

I doubt your dongle will work on an Android tablet. Use the dongle on a windows computer, download the update there and then copy it to the tablet via USB cable.

Ok anyways it was made on a bulk order in china by the university so i dont think it'd work but thanks anyways.
