Other than that, I'd contact the site administrator and tell them that users shouldn't be forced to use a lousy bug filled browser that only runs from a lame junk OS, that they should fix their site to work with quality browsers such as Firefox.

And yeah try with the IE tab addon for firefox, that had worked for me all the time for those stupid webadmins that "require" Ie for working out.

Most IE required sites have a script on the index page, open up the source and check the page it would go to if you had IE, paste into your browser and hope for the best

It won't redirect if you disable Java, but it looks like the rest of the page needs it. Try the user agent switcher as kpmwrestler suggested, or do it yourself in about:config.
