Help me, pleeeaaaasee...

I need help SOON! I just wrote my final thesis for english in Linux, and bought it to windows on a floppy. I made one copy RTF, and the other copy Word 97.

Once in XP, I went to my floppy, and my files were there, but the formatting was all SCREWED UP! Instead of having

Type of Files: RTF

like it should,

It had

Type of Files: Files !!!!


??????

s_h_i_t_ guys, will this work? Cuz I need to email this to myself and print it on a school comp. Is the formatting actually screwed up, or is it just saying that?

try opening it in wordpad, the file files

same thing happens to me. the formatting isn't too bad most of the time though, just need to add or delete a couple spaces and i'm good.

Try a USB thumb drive also
