I have my cousin installing Gentoo on my Dual CPU "see sig".
He is doing a "custom" selection of different parts of gentoo. It keeps giving him errors when he tries to decompress files and compile them.
If he did a regular install how much overhead would I get if I was running Apache and YaBB on it. The computer is going to be used as a webserver for my site. WOuld it run fine?
PS: Sorry if I was wrong about some of the info. I know nothing about linux.
