Ok well on some sites it tells me that i need shockwave and flash and windows media i know ican get shockwave and flash but i dont know how to install it and for it to work with my browser.

Shockwave doesn't exist for Linux so you're out of luck on that. Flash is pretty easy. follow the directions like said above.

WEll i did but in the terminal it doesnt work.

ok well it says to if needed To manually install the Plug-in Player for Linux, follow these directions:

- Copy the following files to your browser's plugins folder:
libflashplayer.so
flashplayer.xpt

but how do i get th\o this file ?

try searching for them, or navigate to /usr/lib or /usr/local/lib for one of them, not sure where the .xpt file will be

Hey Dark,

1. Download Flash Player via, http://www.macromedia.com/go/gnavtray_dl_flashpl
2. untar the archive
3. `cd install_flash_player_x_linux`
4. `su`
5. Copy "libflashplayer.so" and "flashplayer.xpt" to the plugins directory at "/usr/lib/firefox/plugins"
6. Restart your web browser
