Fedora Sugar Virtualisation

Good afternoon all,

I'm currently testing the usefulness of the Fedora Sugar desktop environment, in a VirtualBox VM, for the school I work for. I want to have Internet access on the VM so I can search for activities via the inbuilt browser. No matter what network configuration with VirtualBox I use, I can't make this work.

I have tried the different adapters listed within VirtualBox and I have made a bridge between the host computer and VM but I just can't seem to get it to work.

Host is Windows 7 and VM is the latest version of Fedora Sugar.

All help welcomed.

Kind regards,
Jack Pickup

On all my VirtualBox VMs, I simply set the Network setting to NAT and I am able to access the internet via the host computer's connection. It's been a number of years since I ran a Sugar image in a VM (2007) but I'm relatively sure I just used NAT for that as well.
