As everyone already knows, Red Hat has split its product into two categories. 1)Red Hat Enterprise (NOT Free) and 2)Fedora (Free).
It is very much like the traditional Red Hat Linux but I am fairly new to the world of Linux and am spoiled by the all of the automated installers available in Windows.
I've already finished my installation and I'm almost done configuring most of my preferred settings.
Now I want to install FireFox and ThunderBird for browsing and email respectively.
Now my question is... how the heck do I install the programs? What is the typical directory structure that is used when installing? I've used Linux before but haven't used it in almost a year.
Any suggestions would be awesome!!
Thanks,
Holo
