Exact Amount of RAM in Acer C720-2848

Hi, I am using unetbootin to create a Live USB of Ubuntu MATE Remix on an Acer C720-2848, and I need to give the live installer an amount of RAM (in MB.) If I type in 1024, it acts like I only have 1GB of RAM, but if I type in 2048, it says "kernel panic." I want the maximum RAM possible, so I want to know exactly how much there is. How would I find this?

According to this: Acer | C720 | C720-2848 | Datasheet

It only has 2GB of RAM... so I'm guessing 2GB minus however much is being used for VRAM?
