There really is no "best" Linux Distrobution. There is only the one that is right for you. There are several sites you can use to try and determine this.

As said above, it's whichever works for you. For me, it's Ubuntu. It does what I need it to, is relatively bleeding edge, yet pretty high up in the stability department too. Some of my friends are with Ubuntu, others with Fedora, others by PCLos, one by Gentoo and one by OpenSUSE. Using what works for you is really what you need to aim for.
