best linux

I'm a newbie to linux too and I found Suse to be really easy to work with and setup...In my (very limited) experience Mandrake was nice as well. Cheers!
 
I love suse . mandrake was pretty good . i tried lycoris but idk . i wasnt really into it .

suse though :)
 
suse imo is the easiest to use and install. something you may want to try out before installing is knoppix. no need to install or partition anything, just boot off the cd when rebooting and you're in linux :)
 
when i get my new computer, im gonna get a 20gb or something small, and install Linux on it, i dont really like windows, i use it because of its compatability, because i can play games etc. i like the idea of linux and i hope that one day it will have more supporters than windows, that would be cool :)
