Heya,

So with windows 7 RC reaching its expiry I have decided to swap over to linux again for my tablet. My usage will mainly be a low load e.g. browsing, office, presentations, listening to music, watching films.

Specs are:
12.1" screen
AMD turion(tm) 64x2 mobile TL-58 1.9ghz
4gb of corsair ram
150gb hdd
Nvidia GO 6150

So my current short list is:
Elive
Maryan (don't think this worked on my laptop last time)
Sabayon
Ubuntu netbook edition
Moblin

Any other suggestions or reasons why these distro's are less then ideal would be greatly appreciated.

I'd be leaning more towards Moblin or Ubuntu Netbook Remix. I tried out UNR for a while and liked it a lot. I hear a LOT of people everywhere suggesting Moblin when it comes to netbooks as well.

Moblin is pretty good but I don't think it supports nvidia graphics.

Yeah I am struggling to find any clear and easy instructions for installation of nvidia graphics on moblin. This isn't a netbook it is just a small tablet pc so more powerful then a netbook but less powerful then your average 15"
