I am looking in to pursuing a career in the networking field and would like an opinion on this degree- Lanier Technical College - Section - Networking Specialist Degree

I am also having trouble figuring out if this would considered an A.S since its duration is two years.

Would this get me off on the right track? Ideally i would like to enter in the field making around 35 to 40k. is this unrealistic?

Thankyou all in advanced for your help

"Program graduates receive a Computer Information Systems - Networking Specialist Associate of Applied Science Degree and are qualified for employment as networking specialists."

Yep, looks to be an Associates.

Since you want to get into networking this would be a good program for you. It also preps you for several certifications:
Microsoft Cetified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
CompTIA Net+ Certification
CompTIA Linux+
Red Hat RH202 Exam
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 640-801, 620-821 INTRO and 640-811 ICND

If that college is like my local community college they offer testing at half price to students.
