Default New A+ test?

Hello, I took A+ training course about 2 years ago and I wanna take the test. I want to refresh my memory before I go. I dont know if this is right but I was told that the format of the test was changed a couple of years ago and that they added a few new types of questions. Does anyone know hat year exactly the format changed so i can know what year to to purchase. Also if anyone could recommend a book with a sample test CD that would very helpfull. Thanks
