I'm planning on going to get my associates in Webmaster and a bachelors in Network Security. What kind of income do you think I would have if I just built webpages on the side for small buisnesses while I was working as a ns tech?

You cannot put an average price tag on how much webmasters make... why? because it depends on the project (what needs to be implemented/# of pages, etc...)/webdesigner's experience. As long as you excel, I know you can make a lot of money with bigger businesses.

For small businesses, you typically have to work around their needs. Remember, the typical small business does not have much to pay for webdesign, though some do. It depends, I can't give you a straight answer
