My work wants me to get good with flash, is there any certs out there that i can get in this feild as my work will pay for me to learn and do so i may as well get a peice of paper out of it

I don't know if your work will pay for a Flash cert (it will vary from employer to employer) but Macromedia does have a certification program. I haven't heard a lot about it, but it exists. A simple "Flash Certification" in Google will tell all.
