I was going to say more than likely (unless you are bs'ing us) the reason is generally they make more money so they generally have better insurance and better screening / preventative care. NOthing to do with the actual cancer being less likely to hit people, but the fact that they generally have better preventative care.
 
Yes, I'm sure it has to do with things like better education about health in general, better insurance with more access to preventative care. I don't think anyone would attempt to say that better educated people are less susceptible too cancer.
