I have been preparing for my A+ certification and I was wondering how valueable are certifictions? I am only a freshman in highschool so I can't really get any job experience. Also which certifictions are the most valueable?

Certifications are always important when you start, I am starting in tech work as well and I am in he process of getting my A+ certification.
I currently work in IT since I got a job through my university but if you do not have any experience a certification can help.
A+ is good, network+ if you are interested in it, etc.
I would say go for it

Thank you very much for the advice... I am playing on getting my MCSE (i have all the course work for) then upgrading to my MCITP... Also what other certification are considered to most valueable CCNA? CISSP? CEH? Security+?

I would say the CCNA is up there with the MCSE / MCITP. While the MCITP isn't as well known it will become more and more prevalent as companies phase out of server 2003 and into server 2008.
