Default WTS/WTT for a Core 2 Duo processor

Greetings!
I'm looking on upgrading to a Core 2 Duo. I have a few things that I have lying around if you're interested:

Intel Pentium D 820 (Has been overclocked for testing purposes. I believe it was around 3.7Ghz, though my ASUS motherboard has horrible Vdroop, and it wasn't stable at 1.35V

Intel D945PSN motherboard (says 1066/800 FSB on the box, but I've never tried putting a Core 2 Duo in it, so I can't guarantee that it will work for a Core 2 Duo.)

ATI X1900XT AS-IS (Has an Arctic Cooling Accelero installed on it, great load temps, when it worked. Has issues, for some reason it crashes when I start any 3D intensive program. Since it has the aftermarket cooler on it the warranty is void. It was purchased from newegg.com on September 20, 2006. I have the invoice in my email box.)

I've been a long time member on eBay: d3cj

Even if you don't want any of my things, please send me a PM if you want to sell a lower end Core 2 Duo. My first choice would be something around the lines of an E6x20, but I'm mostly interested in the E4x00 line. If you have an E6x00, I'm still interested!

Bottom line: any cheaper Core 2 Duo processor!

Thanks!

I'd like around $60 + S/H for it, given that it still works for normal usage.

I haven't done any trouble shooting, though I have talked some with the tech support, and got an RMA number (expired now). They were really vague, and didn't say if they would fix it or not, due to it having the AC on it. It costs Shipping plus $15, I believe. Something around there.

Yes, I do have the original cooler.

I'm actually going to risk it myself. I mean, why not? $20 is worth it . So, maybe in a few weeks I'll have a brand new X1900XT 512MB, God willing.
