Default uhhh, hi?

so I am new, yup. uhhm, dont know much about computers thats why am here. but hey sem really interesting and i want to know more about the fuctions of hadware. such as, if i buy a computer with no OS, can i copy my hard drive to the new hard drive and have an OS? i will peruse the other forums and ask the same question where apropiate.

I believe you can ghost your hd to the new one and the OS will come with all the other files. Try Norton Ghost. Hope this helps.
