Trying to setup a camera set up with my iphone

I just purchased a Movo WMIC50 2.4GHz Wireless Lavalier Microphone System with Integrated 164-foot Range Antenna (Amazon.com: Movo WMIC50 2.4GHz Wireless Lavalier Microphone System with Integrated 164-foot Range Antenna (Includes Transmitter with Belt Clip, Receiver with Camera Shoe, Lavalier and 2 Earphones): Musical Instruments)

I want to use it as a wireless mic for my iphone 6s. I make youtube videos with my friends where we do pranks so I need a hidden camera type set up where I have someone recording me with my iphone from a distance. Apparently I need a TRS to TRRS patch cable.

I have two options here:

Between the two options the bottom one is better for me because it will be shipped within two days and the first one is out of stock. I will also have to pay extra for the above one because it is being shipped internationally. Are the two wires the same? It would definitely save me a lot of time and effort to use the bottom one but I don't know if it is even compatible.

Is this camera set up even usable? Any help is appreciated
