I have started a blog at Concrete Canoes Blog and will be firing out emails to moderators and administrators of all sorts of IT-related forums for their input. My recent experiences with forums have prompted me to do this. Hopefully, a useful exchange of ideas will ensue. I am looking at ITIL standards for websites in general and how forums conform--or not--to these. Ease-of-use of the site as a forum per se will also be examined.
