Helpmeplease!!??

I am desperate for some guidance. I use my computer for very basic things and have limited knowledge. Lets just say my computer has "security issues" that are beyond my knowledge and my antivirus seems to keep enabling these exceptions, disabling the notifications, I have "network activity" when I supposedly am not set up on a network, and the list goes on. I have taken it to a local computer repair place....only to be sent home with "no problems detected". It is funny how my computer knows when someone is getting ready to look at it and all of the issues magically fix themselves for a day or two. I am afraid if I state things bluntly, my post will never be seen and I will continue this miserable life I am living. I dont know what else to do and short of the authorities, I have nowhere else to turn. Please help!??
